ABOUT OUR ART COMMUNITY
The Grangetown Art Trail is a grass-roots community arts initiative run by local residents Charlotte Brown and Chris House. We aim to bring art, from Grangetown and beyond into the community.
We know that Grangetown and the surrounding areas are bursting with creativity. Often referred to as an ‘international village’, Grangetown is known for its strong sense of community, diverse population and creative spirit.

Art has a significant value and profound ability to strengthen and unite communities as well as inspire and excite. Through art, our trail can showcase our diverse cultures. It can facilitate residents, local businesses and visitors from further afield to work together and invest in our neighbourhood.

Our aims are to improve health and wellness through art, bring opportunities and art to the community, promote community cohesion and diverse representation, and improve the spaces we live in.
